If you go to Saab, they probrably will charge you an arm and a leg just to tell you that you need to see the guys who put the changer in. You may have an extended/lifetime warrenty on the changer and even the install so dig out the recipts and head out. There may be a small button on the head unit that will reset the changer if it is only latched. It may or may not be there. It is about the size of a pin head. (Best consult the manual) Fed
