Subject: '86 Saab 9000 T manual shift noise?



Hi;  
When I get going in first or when I shift into second under load there
is a chattering vibration through the front end .  You only get this
noise when you put pressure on the transmission.  If you shift gently
without pushing the revs up you do not get the chatter, but if you ask
for some power the vibration is there.  Any ideas?
