I had the exact same problem with my 89 900T. I ended up disconnecting the power lock cable from the trunk. I think that there is a short in it somewhere. You might try that. If that doesn't work there is probably a short in one of the other doors. If you have the time, you could disconnect all of the power cables from the door locks and then plug them in one at a time. When the fuse blows, you know which door lock is malfunctioning and causing your fuse to blow.
