I had the same problem with my 89 900T. My problem turned out to be a short in one the trunk power lock unit. I just unplugged that wire so that my trunk is not connected to the power locks. You might want to try unplugging all of the locks other than the driver's door and then plugging them in one at a time. When the fuse blows, you've found the bad lock.
