Subject: 1971 SAAB Engine needed!

New to SAAB, I have a clean unrestored 1971 (what, ? Mod.99-90? I have a lousy memory) one owner car that squeaked it's motor 2 years ago. Actually, It dropped a valve, the original owner managed to get the head off, then let it set, now the cylidnders are rusted solid. Anyway the engine is a Triumph, with Bosche fuel injection, I have a good head (oh, dohc also) but it is of no use to me with a set up block. I've considered breaking the tops out of the pistons and starting a rebuild, but would (obviously) to find a runnable replacement engine. I am open to suggestions, advice, and even offers since my luck has been so bad at finding an engine. I could use a windsheild also if price is right. Am located in Michigan, but don't mind traveling or (for a buyer) delivering. Thanks much, send email to billcnopsamoserv.com
