Did these keys come with the car when it was sold new? Does : anybody know where I could come across a set. I needed to take the stereo : out a few months back to replace some lightbulbs around the fan and : temperature controls and had to take it to the dealer to have them remove : the stereo. Try cutting up a coat hanger (it is about the same diameter as the tool) and make your own tool. The tool is simple a U shaped metal bar (there are two of them) that go into the holes on either side of the stereo. The real tool has extra "catches" built in so that when you stick them in the holes, you can pull the stereo out with the tool as well. So just make your own with a coat hanger, stick them in, and then put a finger in the cassette slot and pull out the stereo. Should work fine.
