Subject: Re: need SAAB group feedback on '98 900S . . .

I had a 900S until last summer when I left my job (oddity about the UK - some of us get company cars with our jobs... it's tough, but someone's got to have one) I really liked it and thought I'd buy another one, but opted for a 9000. I wish I'd stayed with the 900 now, but I'm very fond of the 9000, I just liked the 900 a little more. See if you can persuade the dealers to throw in an extended warranty, the warranties here in the UK are very good and some places are starting to give three year ones now...it could be worth it. My 9000 has had some new gearbox parts (nothing nasty, just an unpleasant noise) which would have cost me a bit, but the warranty covered it. dimanopsamystems.com wrote in message <34DD5190.1626nopsamystems.com>... >Jdtobin3 wrote: >> Hi SAAB folk, I need your help! >> My local SAAB dealer is offering some great deals on 900S 3-Door Hatchbacks.
