You donīt need to modify anything on yours suspension or brakes car when installing the T16 engine. The engine in the 900 -79-93 is placed with the flywhell at front while the engine in the 9000 is mounted with flywheel at the left (itīs turned 90 deg.) I installed a 9000 -87 in my 900 only the engine block and the top-end is the same. Everything mounted on the engine/topend is diffrent (inletmanifoil, exhaustman. the cover over the camshaftchain etc.) If you are going to do this youīll have to have a 900 T16 engine to take parts from (thats what i did,i melted a piston due to the lack of APC and a high Carging Pressure in the original engine) Yours Espen Bjelvin (Norway) Lemos wrote: > Recently i came across a 93 900 cabrio on sale.
