The Saab manual calls 2000 lb (about 910 Kg) the maximum tow weight if the trailer has brakes; half that without brakes. I wouldn't exceed that. I have an '82 900T that I use to tow a 1000 lb boat/trailer combination. There's no problem on level ground, but downhill braking definitely takes some planning! >In article <6h0j0h$q3g$1nopsam2.xs4all.nl>, "Claar van der Does" ><cvddoesnopsamll.nl> wrote: > >> Hello, >> >> I am probably going to by a Saab 900C 2 doors, built in 1990. >> Does anyone have experience on using it for a trailer of about 1250 >> kilograms?
