check the compression on the engine. it might be a failing compression ring. When it's checked one cylinder might be low. then squirt a little oil in the cylinder and see if the compression increases. If it does then it's a bad compression ring in the cylinder. another thing that will be a sign is an oil fouled plus in one of the cylinders. They are probably fine but it's always good to check. Assuming the compression is good. Next thing to check is all of the spark plugs . are they all oil fouled. or just one. just one or 2 ( maybe all ) being fouled indicates that you have a faulty valve seat. or valve guide. All of the plugs being fouled would indicate something else upstream. i would pull the turbo plumbing off the intake plenum and check it for oil in the inside of it. especially on the rubber. (the rubber will hold oil longer) If there is on the inside of the plumbing you probably have a turbo that is dumping oil into the engine.
