Subject: soft top rear window



I have a 1995 900 SE convertible (UK spec) which I just bought secondhand.
The glass rear screen has come away from the canvas along the top edge.  I
have been told that the entire canvas/screen assembly needs to be replaced.
Is this a common fault?  Does anyone know if a cheaper repair is possible.
If this is a known problem I will push for Saab to rectify under warranty.
