>Does it make sense to replace the whole shell, or the foam and liner ? >Thank you for your answers. >Shawn Collins You must remove the rear deck lid and then every thing which can be unscrewed around the top. cut the fabric around the sunroof and slide the shell out the back carefull not to bend it near the sun roof opening. the scrape all the crap off it and if it is wet let it dry. Now set it in your basement and leave it there fo two years like I did and then go out to any fabric center in your area. They will not sell headliner material but they know who does. Buy 4 yards at about $15/yd. Buy 4 cans of 3M headliner/fabric spray glue and put everything back on. -Chris 1984 900 Turbo 260K miles.
