Dear Saab'ers: I just discovered that the Owner's Manual requires you to perform a recalibration of the ACC (Automatic Climate Control) each time the battery is disconnected (pg. 25 for SAAB 9000 CD Turbo, 1992). Well now, to do so you are supposed to pres 'AUTO' + '<-->' to trigger the self-calibration. I was not able to do so, mainly because the buttons have like mutually exclusive functions, and the last released voided the other press. I tried all kinds of cobbinations and holding patterns. Now, the question and my kind request: can somebody tell me what SAAB means by "press AUTO + <-->" ? What is the state before doing so ('OFF' may be ?), what do you press/realease first/last, what do you hold first/last, etc. Can anybody do the test and get the display to show a code error (or none)? Thanks a lot, Dacian -----== Posted via Deja News, The Leader in Internet Discussion ==----- http://www.dejanews.com/ Now offering spam-free web-based newsreading
