Subject: 9000 Turbo boost pressure



I have a 9000 Carlsson ('89).

The boost guage does not always travel to the red section of the meter. It
does sometimes, but most times it stops mid-way into the yellow zone.

The turbo has been replaced 10,000 miles ago, and I have had the boost
solenoid checked OK.

Does anyone have any ideas?
