If you need to replace the clutch, dont just replace the plate - replace the diaphragm and the thrust race as well. Whilst you're at it, if you can get a service kit for the slave cylinder (clutch) service it at the same time; read the manual - you need some pressure to bleed the clutch slave. That way you won't be grovelling around inside the bell housing for some time! p.s. buy borrow or whittle a clutch centering tool - they make the job easier. iwan.daviesnopsamil.com
