Subject: CV Joint problem 1991, 9000 2.0i

I recently had new rubber CV gaiters fitted by saab dealer. When the car came back, and I accelerate hard(ish) with left lock there is a "flicking" or "rubbing"noise coming from front right wheel. There was not a hint of this before this work was done. There is no noise at all when straight, or turning right. The dealer has looked at it and packed the cv joint with grease, but its no better. I am not mechanically minded, but am I being cynical to suggest they may have caused the problem when replacing the rubber gaiters? Is it just a coincidence or is it just another example of why they call me LUCKY? Colin R
