Call at their Saab Road-Service number. The comment about Enterprise rental is interesting. I believe SAAB USA (not the local dealer) has a deal with Enterprise to provide rental cars for customers. This service should be available for warranty situations. They might be responsive to out-of-warranty situations too. You can always ask and try to make a good argument.
