Since you replaced the clutch, throwout bearing and slave cylinder, sounds like the one thing it could be is the hydraulic line to the clutch has a serious leak. I had that happen to me on my old 83 900T. In May, while I was getting the A/C on my 87 9000S worked on, another 9000 was towed in. The hydraulic line to the clutch had ruptured.
