I too have a noisy dump valve on my 1991 900T16. All attempts to cure it have met with failure and SAAB are being incredibly obstructive about providing details of the wiring diagram of the related circuitry. ( Company Policy, Sir !) Does anyone know how to stop the valve sounding like a demented woodpecker ?
