I have the same model car and at 183,000 miles it needed new shocks and struts badley. I bought all 4 shocks / struts made by Koni and these are gas adjustable units for $610.00 from Accelerated Response Motoring. I also put a set of proformance springs under it from a company called Intrax lowering the body 2.25 inches.
