Subject: ' 94 900S with a Shimmy



My 1994 900S Turbo seems to have a vibration that I can't get rid of. I've
tried balancing, brakes, tires, alignment. My dealer told me that if a do
the balancing at a seperate time from the balancing, it will cause the
balancing to be uneffective... is this true?


The vibrations are present at a low speed ie 10 - 20 kmph (sorry i'm in
Canada so I don't know what that is in miles!!) but is worst at 90 kmph
(the steering wheel shakes visibly!!!)


Any suggestions?

How can I check a rim to see if it's out of round!!!
