I have the same car, a 1994 Saab 9000 Aero, previously I owned a 1988 Saab 9000turbo and I must say the car has improved dramatically. The power is overwhelming, the car is tight, the quality of the finish has improved to a great degree. However, parts are just as expensive as before, something that comes as a shock to other car drivers unless they drive Mercedes Benz or BMW. The best thing about that car is that it is definitely an individualist's car. I rarely see this kind of car on the road... perhaps once every 2 weeks (the Aero I mean) or even less. Thus far, after 47,000 miles I only had one problem, and that was a broken radiator hose. It cost me $125 for the part itself, including taxes ; ). The car looks, feels, drives and smells like new, but I am very biased!
