Try a DIN sized Clarion brand. Clarion makes all the OEM stereo equipment for SAAB. However, this will still require some wiring know-how. Why not just pop for installation? Don't know where you're at, but here in California the good guys! will do a quality job for under $50 and provide a lifetime warranty on the installation. They did my 900 up and I'm very pleased with the work.
