Deborah, If my memory serves me correctly, the www.saabnet.com website has Saab parts and service suppliers under the classified section. I remember finding two for the Netherlands. I was curious, since I was stationed at SHAPE, Belgium for four years. Leiden and Den Haag are two of my favorite places in the Netherlands.
