Unless you need an automatic, I'd not buy. In fact, if you need an automatic, I'd serioualy look at a 9000, unless you need a convertible... in which case I would look elsewhere. The automatic in Saab 900s are 3-speed units, horribly out of date - they lead to nasty performance and nasty gas mileage. And, when they get old enough, they lead to nasty repair bills. '92 was a great year for Saab 900s (anything after 1990 is pretty good) and it's a tragedy to take a nice car and ruin it with a slushbox... Just my $0.02, YMMV... :) -Justin
