Best bet it to start the engine, pop the hood, and look around. Most likely place to look is your turbo bypass valve, which located just above and to the right of the turbo. One you've found the little black cylinder, check the vacuum hose coming out of it for vacuum. Follow it back towards the firewall, and you'll see one or two "T" intersections, where several vacuum hoses meet. Chances are one of these is broken... -Justin
