If I recall correctly what Group 6 is, i.e. the performance parts from Saab, I bought the performance exhaust (and new brain) right after I bought my '88 9000. It lasted about 5 years. I wanted to buy another, but they purportedly stopped making them for the '88's. So my dealer installed some other performance exhaust which looked close to the Saab, but was/is a little louder, but not obnoxiously so. If you are going to keep the car, look for stainless steel.
