Thanks for the reply Cooper. First of all I forget to mention my car is a 1984 900 turbo. It sounds like you know your Saabs so let me gilve you some more details. When you say fuel enrichment valve I take it that the cold start valve is the same thing. I`ve been at this problem for quite a while now. I have two books on Bosch fuel injection an the Haynes and the Bentley Sabb manual. You are right it does have K jetronic with lamda fuel injection. So far I have replaced the contol presure regulator (warm up regula- tor), tried another auxiliary air valve, chcked the CO mixture, tested the frequency valve cycle, and a good tune ulp to start off with. It seems likel it`s running too rich for that period of time. the minute it comes off idle to drive it runs like champ.I think I`ve read somewhere that ther is a thermal switch that does somthing to the fuel system between certain temperatures. If any of this added info brings anything to mind, any help you or anyone else can give me would be appreciated.
