I may be a totally unrelated problem from your tune up. On every Saab I have owned, 2 99's and 2 900's) the grommets that are on the fuel lines on the top of the gas tank, break down and start to let vapors in through the trunk. You may want to have a mechanic, lower the gas tank down and inspect these grommets. I bet this is where your problem lies, Hope it works! Be seeing You! Kevin
