It's an acronym I can't tell you the whole Swedish verbiage but "AB" is the Swedish equivalent of our "Inc."or the Brit's "Ltd.". It describes a form of licensed business. SAAB was originally an aircraft manufacturer (still is) . SA translates roughly to Swedish Aircraft. woof. Aaron K.
