I used to have the same problem at 80+mph.  Drove me nuts!

If its the windshield moulding (which it was for me), you can
easily find this out by seeing if (while the noise is being
generated) pressing on the windshield starts/changes/stops
the noise.  This can also help isolate where the leak is.

You can either have them reseal the whole windshield (took
3 times before they "got it") or else you can probably just
buy some silicone caulking and do it yourself.
