 My girlfriend's got a rear seat cover like the one RCS posted, on her BMW
(refuses to drive a Saab cuz all my ex still does :), and it makes a big
difference in the buffeting.  You still get some of the swirling around your
head, but it stops the could draught that comes down between the seats and
swirls around your body and legs.
