I have asked for help in problems with a SAAB that I would like to buy. You guys gave me excellent advice. I made some mistakes in the identity of the car. It turns out that it is a 94-SAAB-9000-AERO. It has 47K and is going for $15.8K. When I look on the INTERNET I am getting all sorts of prices. Is this a fair price/ high price or a low price. The car is a 4 cyl turbo/automatic transmission/ leather interior/ tape+CD/ good general condition. I got the car checked out. As both "Chris.W and Chris.P" predicted the DI unit was replaced at 44K miles. It has only one major problem. The automatic transmission is leaking fluid at some cable. The owner agreed to get it fixed ($600) at the dealer. Also some suspension bolts are 'loose' and will be tightened. Do you guys have any other expert advice?
