33K is a bit much for a Saab, my guess is you can take up to 6% off the list. If I were you, I'd fax an offer to the dealer and give him a day or 2 to respond, if I got no where on price, I'd try another dealer. Make sure you get teh name of a saleperson BEFORE you send the fax in, and make it CLEAR that you will come right down and sign the papers if they agree to your deal. I did this a purchased a 1999 9-3 (base 5 spd roof, cd) for 34, 500 CANADIAN!! and with my GM points I paid 31, 700 CDN which equals US$ 21,000 Not bad EH!!
