'framskärm' is front fender no? That should not be a problem, same as
96. 
Klokkerholm in Denmark makes them, about SEK 900/pc The real problem is
the rear fenders for a 95. You could try the Svenska SAAB registret,
they also have parts service. Otherwise try the Norwegian 'Gammel
Saabens Venner'. Good luck.
