Bram-
 you can temporarily fix by pinning it up.  But once the headliner starts to
droop, it's only a matter of time till you have to replace it.  You can get
it done at an upholstry/headliner shop for $150-$250, or you can do it
yourself for about $20 worth of materials.  (but you might end up with a
wrinkle or two).
