One thing that usually wears out is the inner axle drivers. If the 3 lobed inner CV wears out a groove in the 'cup' this really gets 'magnified' by the time it gets to the wheels. The only way to check it is to remove the bolts that hold the hub to the lower control arm. You have to ensure to put a suspension spacer under the upper control arm, (see the maintenance manual), otherwise you will allow the spring to overtravel, and you will not be able to reconnect the lower control arm. loosen the inner CV boot clamps, and slide the axle out of the inner driver. Feel the area the inner CV are driven by and see if you feel a groove. If you do the driver should be replaced. If you have no idea what I am talking about, take it to a reputable shop that works on Saabs and have them look for worn axle drivers. Hope this helps! Be seeing You! Kevin
