He was extremely helpful, and drove by my house to drop off the parts. He even swapped in an AIC valve for me to diagnose a cold start problem on my previous Saab. The problem remained with the new part swapped in, so he removed it and replaced the original - no charge. The damage is done, but I would think it would be fair for you to retract this statement if and when the issue is resolved. Didn't he give you his phone number?
