How do you change the H3 bulb in the fog light housing? There are two bolts above the fog light that attach the fog light housing to the the car. I removed the two bolts but it appears that the housing is attached to something else behind the vinyl bumper. I noticed that underneath the car there is a vinyl splash shield. Do I have to remove this shield to get the to the bulb? I have worked on cars a lot but a simple fog light has me stumped. Any help will be appreciated. Andy
