thanks to the great road condition of new york city, the muffler pipe on my 87 900s broke and droped for the third time... i dont really hear a big noise so what is the reason to spend money (esp for older car) btw, my friend borrow my dear car and drove down to philly with low oil level and soon i started hear "clik" noises. i went bought slik 50 and took the car to a service station and changed oil. the mechanic suggested i use 20-50w, some heavy oil for old car at 150k miles, 30 minutes later the noise is gone. what happened? and what will happen next? i love my 900s, even though she is slowly fading away... p w
