Sounds like a bad earthing problem somewhere. Unless you have some electrical experience and can chase this type of problem, or know someone who has the experience, take it to an autoelectrician. jr In article <74us17$ijmnopsamsc03.worldnet.att.net>, al.nehlsnopsamdnet.att.net says... > > My original problem was when the headlights were on and you stepped on >the brakes, it would stop the turnsignals. > I went thru all the bulbs and replaced the brake light switch, no help. > In the last week the problem morphed a bit: now it doesn't matter if >the lights are on or off, if my turnsignals are on or my flashers, stepping >on the brake pedal overrides them. > When I step on the brakes both turnsignal indicators dimmly lite up, not >as bright as when the turn signals are on by themselves. > >Any suggestions would be appreciated > >
