Subject: Re: Q:94-900S 2.0i gear/transmission oil

Could'n find it :( Anyway, the cluch and transmission is located on the right side on my car. That is, when you are looking from the front. What I did find was a small plastic/rubber plug covering a a tiny hole about 5mm in diameter. Unplugging it showed it was oil there, the plug was all covered in it. Is this the location where I should measure the oil level with some kind of stick? Anyone? > Theres a dip stick down the left side of the engine (looking from the front). > > The engine dipstick is under a red cap on the top right hand side of > the engine. Don't think we are talking about the same model. The 94 model is similar to the new 9-3. That is in Norway. It has a side mounted engine, previous models had it mounted in the driving direction. More important, most of the parts in here have the GM brand printed on them. You can't miss it. -- Johan
