Subject: Re: Gas mileage?

In Oregon, we are required to use oxygenated fuel from November to about March for pollution control. This "winter" fuel affects my gas miliage between 15% and 20%. I am only getting about 23 mpg now with my 1996, 900SE, 5 speed, with the winter fuel. In another car I use to own (non-Saab), my winter mpg was lowered by about 50 miles per tank.
