Subject: Instability when taking second curve

I have a problem with the instability of the chassi when changing from turning left to turning right (and the opposite). The problem is that just before passing the neutral position that the car has when you are driving straight formward, the chassi rotates fast to just the same point on the other side of the neutral position. From there the chassi reacts ok. This of course makes it easier to get into problems with the grip of the tyres as this rotation easily initiates other not wanted chassi moves. Ok, some data: - SAAB 9000 2,3t (200 hp) model 1993, has rolled about 100.000 miles. - The chassi has been inspected and some parts changed, the SAAB mechanics says they feel nothing unusual. - I have changed to KONI shock absorbers (adjustable, 4 positions) - Initially the shock absorbers where set in the number 2 position (1=softest, 4=hardest). - After setting the front pair of the shock absorbers to position 3 the problem is less. (The rear ones takes more worj to adjust, so I have not changed them yet.) - I have compared with a SAAB 9000 CSE 2,3t (170) model 1996 and I feel the same problem in that car (has run only 2000 miles). - The problem is most annoying when going faster, like 100 mph or faster but is also irritating when driving in snow and ice in much lesser speed. Has anyone faced the same problem? Any solutions? I suppose I should try to change (sorry for not being native English speaking) the part of the chassi that makes the car not rotate that much. SAAB has got one but in Sweden it is only sold with the sport kit and I dont want to buy another pair of shock asborbers (which is included and which is inferrrior to them I already have). So are there any other guys out there who likes to run their SAAB 9000 Turbo to the limits and has solved this? Best regards, Tomas
