I've got a 88 900T, 140K, with apparently bad CV joints AND inner bearings/driver cups? I have found good prices on parts through "Sobstory" in Flemington (anyone have experience with them?) but I'm not sure I'm up for this project myself. Does anyone that's done this job on a 900T, inner /bearings drives that is, care to comment on how hard it is/how many hours? Potential problems and pitfalls. Should I expect this repair to cause stress on the transmission... the original 5 speed? As an alternative, can anyone recommend a good Saab mechanic in NYC/NJ area, that won't rape me.
