I took it back to the dealer and they pulled my entire dash apart and told me it was a pinched wire. two days later the same thing happened again so they replaced the relay. Again relay, again relay .... Seven times the dealer replaced the relay. I called SAAB and they told me the the left relay and the right relay need to be replaced together. No problems with my headlights since! Anyone know a good SAAB Mechanic in the Princeton New Jersey Area? Good Luck Conrad 93 9000CSE
