I have never tried it before, but more than one person has said it works pretty well. It isn't cheap, and it won't last forever, so don't expect miracles... Anyway, the goal is to flush all the power steering fluid out of your rack and replace it with Slick 50. It will sometimes soften up the seals inside (that's what went bad) and plug any leaks. You'll need lots of S50, and that can be expensive... -Justin
