There is nothing to copied by Volvo because the WHIPS system is totally different from the SAHR system. They added the whole seat to protect the whole body, i.e. spine, unlike the Saab system. Well, I guess that it is a good thing for Saab that a Belgian car magazine wrote that they have good seats. A magazine that no one ever reads in the US. If you haven't done so already, try driving an Infiniti, Lexus, or Acura.
