Because it is the best car tested to date. Of course you should also note that the S80 has not been tested yet. Actually, it's head restraint system was tested by the IIHS (http://www.iihs.org/press/pr120898.htm) and it was vastly superior to anything they've tested to date (of course it is more than a head restraint system since the entire seat moves to protect the entire spine.)
