Noticed the same thing with my 99 Cabriolet, especially on a road in bad condition. Can be very annoying sometimes but usually it's not such a big thing. Though mine is not factory built, but anyway ;). Still, it's very difficult to get the chassis very robust when you chop of the top. The cowl shake is not at all so bad on my friends factory built 99 cabriolet. Samuel
